Our Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously produced by placing high-quality raw 'green' petroleum coke into state-of-the-art rotary kilns. These kilns elevate the coke to temperatures ranging from 1200
to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit). These extreme temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, extract all residual hydrocarbons, and
transform the crystalline structure of the coke. This process results in a denser, more electrically conductive product. In a matter of hours,
our calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius to below 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is safe for handling and
ready for transportation. It can be efficiently stored in silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
----The primary applications of calcined petroleum coke include prebaked anodes and anode pastes for electrolytic aluminum, carbonizers for the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, smelting industrial silicon, and fuels.

Casting, cast iron, and cast steel require a carbon additive, such as a carburant, to increase the carbon content in liquid iron. Commonly used in smelting furnace charges for pig iron, scrap steel, and return furnace charges. While iron has a high carbon content, its purchase price is relatively high. Therefore, by adding scrap supply and reducing the quantity of pig iron, the addition of a carbon agent can significantly reduce casting costs.
