This exquisite grease is expertly made with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, elegantly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The fascinating combination of calcium soap and water forms unique hydrates, which allow calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, explaining why calcium base grease steadily loses its consistency beyond 100 ºC. This characteristic defines the operational temperature limit, typically not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold can cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, thus impairing its lubrication capability.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even in water-rich environments. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) Showcasing excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease retains its position on action surfaces during agitation and remains there when static, delivering a sealing effect without any spillage.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
