Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease offers remarkable utility.
Formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, it is enriched with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The distinctive property of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, allowing it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, at around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency beyond 100 ºC. This temperature sensitivity limits the grease's operational range to not exceed 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold can cause the grease to soften or even dissipate, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropic consistency, this grease adheres perfectly to surfaces even after agitation, maintaining a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) With short fibers and a low strength limit, this grease offers superior pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and
achieving consistent consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Although developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally popular, efficiently lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in applications such as medium-speed and load motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
