This versatile grease is expertly concocted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, innovatively thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The distinctive attribute of calcium soap forming hydrates with water results in highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, elevating its performance. However, when calcium soap hydrates reach approximately 100 ºC, hydrolysis occurs, leading to a gradual loss in grease consistency. This factor restricts the operating temperature range to typically below 60 ºC. Beyond this limit, the calcium-based grease may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease demonstrates remarkable durability, resisting emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components operating in moist conditions or water-contact environments.
(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on the action surface even after agitation, providing an effective sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers excellent pumping performance, surpassing other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based variants in ease of binding and application.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
