Introduction:
Calcium base grease is an expertly crafted lubricant made of medium-viscosity mineral oil, thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This grease is synthesized to provide an optimal balance of performance and stability.
Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring consistent performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, in harmony with water, forms unique hydrates, allowing it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease above this temperature. Hence, the grease is most effective at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this range, it may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) This grease exhibits exceptional water resistance, maintaining performance without emulsifying or degrading when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast on the action surface, even after agitation, offering a sealing benefit without dispersal.
(4) Featuring excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, this grease surpasses other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based in ease of conveyance with the same mineral oil and consistency.
Thanks to its superior binding properties, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice since its inception in the 1930s. It is ideal for lubricating medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
