Calcium Base Grease Meticulously crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this fine calcium base grease is ingeniously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis process ensures a high-quality product.
Our calcium base grease is formulated using premium mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) A remarkable feature of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, which enables it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, the hydrates decompose around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose its consistency beyond this temperature, thereby restricting its operational range to not exceed 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease may soften or even disintegrate, compromising its lubrication capabilities.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical components exposed to moist environments or direct water contact.
(3) With its formidable shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect and preventing spillage.
(4) The short fiber and low strength of calcium base grease contribute to its outstanding pumping performance. When using similar mineral oils and achieving the same consistency, it binds more easily than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum variants.
This ease of binding distinguishes calcium-based grease from other soap-based greases, ensuring robust performance and adaptability.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a staple in modern lubrication, widely employed for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
