Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Our Calcium Base Grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, offering an exceptional synthesis.
This grease is flawlessly made from mineral lubricating oils with a medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure top-notch performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, calcium soap forms hydrates that enable the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only as hydrates. As the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, calcium base grease experiences a reduction in consistency above this temperature, thus restricting its temperature range. Typically, it's best maintained below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication efficiency.

(2) Calcium base grease boasts superior water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or degrading when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or when in contact with water.

(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease ensures that even after being agitated and left to settle, it adheres flawlessly to the action surfaces. It provides a sealing effect without displacement.

(4) Exceptionally pumpable due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease binds more readily than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based ones when using the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency.

Furthermore, calcium-based grease is easier to bond than other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite originating from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a highly utilized variant globally today. It's adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
