Performance Characteristics
(1) Intriguingly, the grease's ability to form hydrates with calcium soap enables the creation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, a characteristic that causes the grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this temperature threshold. Therefore, the optimal operating temperature is recommended to be below 60 ºC to maintain its integrity, ensuring steadfast lubrication.
(2) Boasting outstanding water resistance, this grease resists emulsification and degradation even in environments with water exposure. It's perfectly suited for lubricating mechanical components in wet settings, ensuring reliability and durability.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
