Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the formation of hydrates by calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil in its hydrate form. These hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency above this temperature, thus restricting its temperature range. Typically, it should not exceed 60 ºC, as surpassing this can cause the grease to soften or lose its integrity, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying or degrading when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or where water contact is inevitable.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its position on active surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect and preventing it from being thrown off.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based, calcium-based grease is easier to bind utilizing the same mineral oil and consistency.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
