Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease This grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity and is expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior calcium base grease synthesis.
It is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened through the integration of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap and water ingeniously form hydrates, and only as hydrates can calcium soap develop into highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, which explains why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency beyond this point, effectively limiting its operational temperature range. Typically, the temperature should not exceed 60 ºC, as surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften, risking total loss and thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Showcasing excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its presence on the action surface, delivering a sealing effect without dispersing, even when agitated and left to settle.
(4) Due to its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers remarkable pumping performance. This ease of binding, when compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties, is achieved using the same mineral oil and consistency.
This characteristic makes calcium-based grease more adaptable and efficient than other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Even though calcium-based grease dates back to the 1930s, it remains a globally favored lubricant. Suitable for medium-speed and load rolling and sliding bearings, it finds application in small to medium-scale motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and beyond.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
