This premium formulation is made from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, elegantly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the unique hydration process of calcium soap and water, our calcium soap forms highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in hydrate form. Note that calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which causes a gradual loss in consistency above this temperature, thus setting a practical operating limit. Typically, the temperature should not exceed 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication and avoid softening or loss.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when traversing through water, making it ideal for lubricating various machinery components in wet environments or direct water contact scenarios.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease adeptly maintains its presence on operational surfaces, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement during and after agitation.
(4) With superior pumping performance owing to its short fiber composition and low strength threshold, calcium base grease demonstrates excellent binding properties when compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
When achieving the same consistency using the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease stands out for its enhanced binding capabilities.
Despite being a venerable formulation dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored lubricant. It is perfectly suited for lubricating medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings in diverse machinery, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
