This exceptional product is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by cutting-edge synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap's unique ability to form hydrates with water allows it to create finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates degrade at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual consistency loss in calcium base grease above this temperature threshold. Typically, it performs optimally below 60 ºC; exceeding this limit may cause the grease to soften or deplete, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Recognized for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and resists emulsification in wet environments or when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in such conditions.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic qualities, calcium base grease stays intact under agitation, maintaining its presence on surfaces for effective sealing without displacement.
(4) Its excellent pumping performance stems from its short fiber structure and low strength limit, facilitating superior binding compared to other soap-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
