Introduction:
Calcium base grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by the application of natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease ensures reliability and performance.
Comprised of mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering a stable and efficient lubrication solution.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates with calcium soap and water results in highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, the hydrate structure begins to break down at approximately 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature. Hence, it is generally recommended that calcium base grease be used under temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC to ensure steadfast lubrication and prevent the grease from becoming overly soft or losing its properties.
(2) Renowned for its superior water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and does not emulsify easily, even when exposed to water. It is an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on operational surfaces, even after being subjected to movement and agitation. This ensures a sealing effect and prevents the grease from being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates excellent pumping efficiency. When using the same mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, offering enhanced application ease.
Despite being a vintage variety originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a preferred choice worldwide. It is extensively used to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
