Known for its superior stability due to its roasted structure and consistent geometric form, this carbon block is also referred to as a pre-baked anode carbon block or a carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis.
As a cornerstone of electrolytic aluminum production, the pre-baked anode is essential—each ton of electrolytic aluminum production requires about 0.5 ton of this pivotal component. It acts not only as the conductive anode within the electrolytic cell but also plays a crucial role in the electrochemical reaction. Often termed as the 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell, the quality of this material significantly influences the economic efficiency of aluminum production.
