Produced through high-temperature retorting and using state-of-the-art, large-sized coke oven equipment, our technology is unparalleled, featuring carbonization chambers exceeding 6.0m in height and volumes surpassing 38.5m3. The result is a superior product, extensively utilized in metallurgical industries, notably in blast furnace ironmaking and casting.

The main purpose of coke:

1. As the cornerstone product of coking, over 90% of coke globally is dedicated to blast furnace ironmaking. The shift from charcoal to coke in iron smelting has revolutionized large-scale blast furnace operations, marking a pivotal milestone in metallurgical history.

2. In the casting industry and non-ferrous metal blast furnace smelting for copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony, coke serves as an indispensable reducing agent, heat agent, and structural skeleton.

3. In specialized smelting industries, coke plays a crucial role in producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. Additionally, in steel joint ventures, coke powder is essential as a sintering fuel. It is also a base material for water gas production, facilitating various synthetic processes.

4. For optimal technical and economic outcomes in blast furnace operations, metallurgical coke must exhibit specific chemical and physical properties, including robust thermal characteristics during the smelting process.
