Our innovation lies in the use of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, meticulously thickened through synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) A unique feature of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil under these conditions. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which can lead to a gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease beyond this temperature range. Typically, it operates optimally below 60 ºC; exceeding this may result in the grease softening or even failing, jeopardizing effective lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to moisture, making it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or those in contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease retains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With superior pumping performance attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease delivers unmatched efficiency. In scenarios using identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease surpasses other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based, in ease of binding.
Despite its roots tracing back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice, adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings within medium speed and load applications across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and even in the demanding environments of metallurgy and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
