Produced with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring top-notch reliability and performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, which are essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in the mineral oil. These hydrates hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature. Generally, it performs optimally below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may soften or degrade the grease, affecting lubrication quality.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is resilient against emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or direct water exposure.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains its place on the surface even when agitated, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Its excellent pumping capability is attributed to its short fibers and low strength limit. When using equivalent mineral oil and achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than alternative soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types.
This ease of binding and application makes it a preferred choice over other soap-based greases, such as sodium- or aluminum-based options.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice today, providing efficient lubrication for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across industries like small motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
