Calcium base grease is expertly synthesized from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, which is thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, to create a refined calcium base grease.
Crafted with precision, it is made using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Enhanced with calcium soap hydrates, this grease forms highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively as hydrates. However, caution is necessary as calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this threshold. Thus, it performs optimally at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC, beyond which it may soften or lose lubrication, jeopardizing mechanical safety.
(2) Exceptional water resistance characterizes calcium base grease; it maintains integrity and avoids emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating machinery parts operating in damp environments or direct contact with water.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease steadfastly adheres to working surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced even after agitation.
(4) With remarkable pumping efficiency due to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease seamlessly outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives, in binding ease when achieving the same consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
