Calcium base grease This superior grease is crafted with a medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, enriched and thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, providing a synthesized solution that stands out in the market.
Imbued with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering an exceptional formulation.
Performance characteristics
(1) Uniquely, calcium soap and water form hydrates, which are crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss in consistency beyond this temperature. As such, the functional temperature range is capped at 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication and prevent softening or loss of the grease.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is not prone to emulsification or deterioration, even when exposed to water. It is ideally suited for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) This grease boasts impressive shearing stability and thixotropy stability, which means that even after agitation, it maintains its place on surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect and preventing expulsion.
(4) With outstanding pumping performance due to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease binds more easily than its counterparts, like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases, when using the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
