Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease This calcium-based grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, meticulously thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. Synthesized for superior performance,
it employs synthetic fatty acid calcium soap expertly blended with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique composition of calcium soap enables it to form hydrates with water, leading to highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates tend to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss in grease consistency beyond this temperature. This trait limits the operational temperature range, typically not exceeding 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold might result in the grease softening or even losing its lubricating capability.
(2) Renowned for its robust water resistance, calcium-based grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical parts operating in wet environments or those frequently in contact with water.
(3) Showcasing remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium-based grease maintains its position on action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring an effective sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium-based grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. When using identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, it binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a widely favored choice globally. It is extensively used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load conditions in a variety of equipment including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy machinery, and textile equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
