Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, this calcium base grease is expertly synthesized.
Enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this product is meticulously made from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil as hydrates. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, leading to a gradual loss of consistency for the calcium base grease above this temperature, thus limiting its temperature range. Generally, the working temperature should not exceed 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication, as exceeding this may cause the grease to soften or lose its consistency.
(2) With excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration in wet environments, making it perfect for lubricating various mechanical parts that encounter water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease stays on the action surface even after agitation, offering a sealing effect without being thrown off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. When compared with other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based, it binds more easily when achieving the same consistency with mineral oil.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
