Utilizing advanced, large-sized coke oven equipment with mature high-temperature retorting technology, we achieve optimal carbonization in chambers exceeding 6.0m in height and 38.5m3 in volume. This results in superior quality coke, predominantly used in metallurgical applications such as blast furnace ironmaking and casting.

The Main Purpose of Coke:

1. Coke stands as the cornerstone product of coking, with over 90% globally dedicated to blast furnace ironmaking. The substitution of charcoal by coke in iron smelting has significantly advanced blast furnace modernization, marking a pivotal milestone in metallurgy history.

2. It is vital for casting and the smelting of non-ferrous metals like copper, lead, zinc, titanium, and antimony, serving as a reducing agent, thermal conductor, and structural support.

3. In the smelting industry, coke is used in smaller quantities for producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. In integrated steel plants, coke powder is utilized as sintered fuel. Additionally, coke is a key raw material for generating water gas, which is further processed into synthesis gas.

4. To attain optimal technical and economic efficiency in blast furnace operations, metallurgical coke must meet stringent chemical and physical property requirements, including robust thermal characteristics throughout the smelting process.

5. Beyond its extensive use in iron and non-ferrous metal smelting, metallurgical coke is also essential in casting, chemical processing, calcium carbide production, and ferroalloys.

Our metallurgical coke offers a cost-effective alternative to refinery coke and stone grinds, delivering calorific values exceeding 9386K/KG. This makes it a superior substitute for burnt carbon, which requires export quotas and is thus more expensive. The economic advantages of our carburizing agent are substantial.
