Calcium Base Grease This innovative grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. Its synthesis, rooted in rich tradition, ensures reliability and performance.
Meticulously manufactured from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering exceptional stability in its composition.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Ingeniously forming hydrates with water, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, maintaining its integrity up to around 100 ºC. Beyond this, the grease becomes inconsistent as hydrates hydrolyze, limiting its functional range to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature threshold compromises its consistency, leading to potential softening and loss, thereby affecting lubrication reliability.
(2) This grease boasts remarkable water resistance, maintaining its structural integrity even in wet environments. It resists emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components that encounter moisture or direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease remains steadfast upon agitation, consistently clinging to surfaces to create a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) With its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil,
this grease achieves a binding efficiency superior to that of other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
