Introduction:
Calcium base grease is skillfully crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened to perfection by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This calcium base grease is meticulously synthesized to ensure optimal performance.
Expertly formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, providing robust lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of grease consistency past this temperature, capping the effective temperature range at 60 ºC. Beyond this point, the grease softens, risking lubrication failure.
(2) This calcium base grease excels in water resistance, maintaining stability without emulsifying or degrading when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet conditions or water contact.
(3) The grease boasts remarkable shearing and thixotropy stability, ensuring it remains steadfast on surfaces during agitation. Its presence provides sealing benefits without being displaced.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease proves easier to manage compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based types.
With its ease of binding, calcium-based grease stands apart from sodium or aluminum-based varieties, making it a preferred choice in lubrication.
Despite being an older formulation from the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to enjoy widespread usage globally. It is perfectly suited for lubricating medium-speed, medium-load rolling and sliding bearings in various applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
