Introduction:
Calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil featuring medium viscosity. It is thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, ultimately synthesizing into calcium base grease.
Our calcium base grease is also composed of mineral lubricating oil, boasting medium viscosity and thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) With its unique ability to form hydrates alongside calcium soap, the grease creates a highly dispersed fiber network within mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency beyond this point. Thus, the optimal temperature range remains below 60 ºC to maintain lubrication and prevent softening or loss.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or when water exposure is anticipated.
(3) Showcasing remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease remains firmly in place on working surfaces, even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without being thrown off.
(4) Exhibiting excellent pumping performance owing to its short fiber and minimal strength limit, calcium base grease surpasses other soap-based greases (such as sodium-based or aluminum-based) in terms of binding ease when using the same mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
