Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates, critical for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, causing calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this point. Consequently, its optimal operating temperature is below 60 ºC, as exceeding this limit may lead to softening or even total loss of grease, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Calcium base grease boasts impressive water resistance, making it resilient against emulsification and deterioration in wet environments. This property ensures reliable lubrication of mechanical parts subjected to moisture or water contact.
(3) The grease exhibits excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, ensuring it remains on the surface of action even after agitation, providing a robust sealing effect without being expelled.
(4) With superior pumping performance attributed to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers ease of use. When combined with the same mineral oil,
and achieving a consistent texture, it binds more efficiently compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
