Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from carefully selected mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity and enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap, calcium base grease is synthesized to offer exceptional performance.
This formulation utilizes mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, ingeniously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, tailoring it for advanced lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The harmonious bond between calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates. In this unique hydrate form, calcium soap develops finely dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, the hydrate structure of calcium soap begins to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease gradually loses consistency beyond this temperature. Hence, it is recommended to maintain operating temperatures below 60 ºC to prevent softening or loss of grease, ensuring consistent lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification and degradation even in the presence of water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or water-prone conditions.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on the applied surface, delivering a sealing effect even after agitation, without splattering.
(4) The short fiber structure and low strength limit of calcium base grease confer exceptional pumping performance. When employing the same mineral oil and
achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease blends more readily than its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Though originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice, suitable for lubricating medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical equipment, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
