It is expertly formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, promising elevated performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique to calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, allowing the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, crucial for maintaining consistency. However, the hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency beyond this point. Thus, calcium base grease is best suited for temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC, ensuring optimal lubrication without softening.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, Calcium Base Grease remains stable and does not emulsify or break down, even when in contact with water. Ideal for lubricating machinery operating in wet or aquatic environments.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
