This exceptional grease is composed of medium-viscosity mineral oil, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique in its hydration process, calcium soap forms superiorly dispersed fibers only when hydrates are present. At around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, resulting in a gradual decrease in grease consistency above this temperature, which constrains the effective temperature range. Typically, it excels below 60 ºC—exceeding this may cause the grease to soften or lose stability, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Demonstrating excellent water resistance, our calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is perfect for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or areas with water contact.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease clings to the action surfaces even after agitation, forming a protective seal without flinging off.
(4) Due to its short fiber and minimal strength limit, our calcium base grease excels in pumpability. It binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types, even when using similar mineral oils and achieving identical consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
