Performance Characteristics
(1) The synergy between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates, allowing calcium soap to weave highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at temperatures approaching 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, causing the grease to lose its consistency, thus capping its effective temperature range to 60 ºC. Beyond this limit, the grease risks softening, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, even in watery environments. It offers exceptional lubrication for mechanical parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) Exhibiting outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic stability, the grease maintains its presence on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a secure seal and preventing throw-off.
(4) With its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. It binds more effectively than alternatives like sodium or aluminum-based greases when achieving similar consistency levels with the same mineral oil.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
