This distinct anode material is specifically engineered for pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cells. Renowned for its stable geometric shape, this carbon block has undergone an extensive roasting process, earning the title of pre-baked anode carbon block, commonly recognized as a carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis.
The pre-baked anode is an essential raw material vital to the production of electrolytic aluminum, with approximately 0.5 tons required for every 1 ton of electrolytic aluminum produced. Serving not only as the conductive anode of the electrolytic cell, it actively participates in the electrochemical reaction, earning the nickname 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell. The exceptional quality of the pre-baked anode significantly influences the economic efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production, making it an indispensable bulk material in the contemporary aluminum smelting process.
