Utilizing mineral lubricating oil, our grease achieves a meticulous balance, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates is pivotal. These hydrates enable calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, but they hydrolyze around 100 ºC. Consequently, calcium base grease may lose its consistency at temperatures exceeding 100 ºC. Typically functioning optimally up to 60 ºC, surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften, risking lubrication integrity.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification, maintaining integrity even in aqueous environments. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) Exhibiting superior shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on moving surfaces, ensuring a protective seal without dislodging when agitated and then left to settle.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease outperforms other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties, in binding efficiency, even when matched for consistency with the same mineral oil.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
