Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from premium mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by a natural fatty acid calcium soap, and hence calcium base grease is masterfully synthesized.
This remarkable grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the interaction between calcium soap and water, calcium soap forms hydrates that enable the creation of finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates disintegrate at temperatures nearing 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to gradually soften beyond 100 ºC, thereby constraining its effective temperature range. Typically, the maximum operating temperature is around 60 ºC. Beyond this, the calcium-based grease may liquefy, compromising its lubricating efficacy.
(2) Calcium base grease exhibits excellent resistance to water and shows remarkable stability without emulsification, making it ideal for lubricating machine components exposed to moist environments or in contact with water.
(3) It boasts outstanding shearing stability and thixotropic properties. When agitated, the grease adeptly maintains its presence on the surface, creating a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With its superior pumping capabilities, attributed to its short fiber structure and minimal strength threshold, calcium base grease offers exceptional ease of application. When paired with identical mineral oil,
and achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease is notably simpler to combine compared to other soap-based alternatives, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite being a formulation from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice for lubrication. It is adept at servicing medium-speed, moderate-load rolling and sliding bearings in various machinery, including motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile equipment.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
