Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique chemistry of calcium soap and water results in hydrates, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, beware: these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which can make the calcium base grease lose its consistency above this temperature. Thus, its effective temperature range is generally restricted to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold could lead to softening or loss of the grease, thereby compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Offering remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and deterioration even amidst water exposure. Ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical components operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease impressively maintains its position on operational surfaces, ensuring a seamless seal and preventing displacement even when subjected to agitation.
(4) With superior pumping performance attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease efficiently binds itself for use compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
