Calcium Base Grease This remarkable Calcium Base Grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, skillfully thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. It is synthesized through a sophisticated process, ensuring optimal performance.
Our premium formulation is derived from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, uniquely thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering exceptional lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative nature of calcium soap allows it to form hydrates with water, enabling the soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These fibers begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, thus calcium base grease loses its consistency above this temperature threshold. Consequently, its effective temperature range is generally capped at 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or decompose, undermining lubrication efficiency.
(2) Featuring excellent water resistance, calcium base grease is resilient against emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Boasting superior shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on active surfaces even after agitation. This ensures a reliable sealing effect and prevents spillage, maintaining optimal performance.
(4) Owing to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When the same mineral oil and consistency are used,
calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases (e.g., sodium-based or aluminum-based).
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally trusted lubricant. It is perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with moderate speed and load, making it indispensable in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
