Calcium base grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, skillfully thickened by the natural fatty acid calcium soap, and the calcium base grease is synthesized with precision.
It is meticulously formulated using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, delivering remarkable performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Thanks to the unique ability of calcium soap and water to form hydrates, calcium soap can create a highly dispersed fiber structure in mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose at approximately 100 ºC, which means the calcium base grease may lose its consistency above this temperature, limiting its temperature range to generally not more than 60 ºC. Exceeding this can cause the grease to soften or even fail, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or those in contact with water.
(3) Boasting impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position even when agitated and left at rest, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits exceptional pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, it binds more effortlessly when using identical mineral oil and consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
