Our Eco-Friendly Calcined Petroleum Coke is meticulously crafted by introducing premium raw 'green' petroleum coke into advanced rotary kilns. The process involves heating to precise temperatures ranging from 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit).
These high temperatures effectively eliminate excess moisture, eradicate residual hydrocarbons, and
transform the crystalline structure of the coke. This results in a denser, more electrically conductive material, perfected within hours.
Upon reaching 1350 degrees Celsius, the calcined petroleum coke is rapidly cooled to below 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it can be safely managed and
transported with ease. It is then stored in silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for global distribution.
