Serving as the quintessential anode material for pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cells, this carbon block, with its stable geometric design, is aptly known as the pre-baked anode carbon block, or simply, the carbon anode for aluminum electrolysis.
Integral to the production of electrolytic aluminum, the pre-baked anode is a cornerstone raw material. For each ton of electrolytic aluminum produced, approximately 0.5 tons of this essential anode is consumed. Not only does it serve as the conductive anode within the electrolytic cell, but it also plays a pivotal role in the electrochemical reaction. Often referred to as the 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell, its superior quality is crucial to maximizing the economic efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production, making it an indispensable bulk material in contemporary aluminum smelting processes.
