Crafted with precision, calcined petroleum coke is derived from top-tier raw 'green' petroleum coke, which is skillfully placed into advanced rotary kilns. Here, it undergoes a meticulous heating process, reaching elevated temperatures between 1200

to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). These intense temperatures effectively eliminate any excess moisture, while extracting residual hydrocarbons and

transforming the crystalline structure of the coke. This process results in a product that is not only denser but also boasts superior electrical conductivity. Within hours,

the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from its peak of 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable sub-200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is ready for safe handling and

seamless transportation to storage silos or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, streamlining the logistics process.



----The principal applications of calcined petroleum coke encompass prebaked anodes and anode pastes crucial in electrolytic aluminum production, carbonizers within the carbon industry, graphite electrodes, the smelting of industrial silicon, and as efficient fuel sources.
