Calcium Base Grease This exceptional calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, ingeniously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. Its synthesis involves a meticulous process that ensures superior performance.
Expertly formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this premium product stands out in its class.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative composition of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, crucial for the creation of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this temperature. Consequently, the operational temperature is typically capped at 60 ºC to prevent softening and ensure reliable lubrication performance.
(2) Renowned for its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease maintains its integrity even when exposed to water, making it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) With robust shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease adheres effectively to surfaces, creating a sealing effect without dispersion, even after agitation.
(4) Outstanding pumping performance is achieved due to its short fiber nature and low strength limit, offering a seamless application experience. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types,
calcium-based grease provides superior bonding capability with the same mineral oil and consistency.
Although introduced in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally preferred choice today. It adeptly lubricates rolling and sliding bearings at moderate speeds and loads, suitable for small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
