Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, crucial for the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these calcium soap hydrates begin to decompose around 100 ºC, which causes calcium base grease to gradually lose its consistency beyond this temperature, restricting its optimal usage to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature results in softening or potential loss of the grease, thereby compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to moisture or water. This makes it perfect for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or when in contact with water.
(3) Boasting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, providing a dependable sealing effect without dislodgement.
(4) Its efficient pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When utilizing the same mineral oil and consistency parameters,
calcium-based grease offers superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred lubricant. Its application extends to rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load settings, including small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
