The product is meticulously manufactured using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring elite performance standards.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, and only as hydrates can it create highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. Notably, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency above this temperature, restricting its optimal usage to under 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens and may lose its lubricating capability.
(2) With superior water resistance, calcium base grease maintains its integrity without emulsifying, even when exposed to water. This property makes it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) Featuring excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on operational surfaces under agitation, creating an effective sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) The grease offers superior pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit. This makes it easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum, when using the same mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
