It is meticulously formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, which enable calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this temperature, thus restricting its effective operational range to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature results in the softening and eventual loss of the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) With excellent water resistance, calcium base grease maintains its integrity without emulsifying or degrading even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with moisture.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on moving surfaces, creating a sealing effect without dislodging, even after agitation.
(4) Boasting superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease is effortlessly applied, even with comparable consistency to other soap-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
