Manufactured using superior mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring remarkable performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The harmonious bond between calcium soap and water gives rise to hydrates, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC. This hydrolysis is why the calcium base grease gradually softens beyond 100 ºC, limiting its use to temperatures generally not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold risks the grease becoming excessively soft or even breaking down, compromising lubrication reliability.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease maintains its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components in damp environments or those coming into contact with water, it is a reliable choice.
(3) With exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast in its application. Even after agitation, the grease adheres to the action surface, providing a sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) Featuring superior pumping performance thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium-based grease effortlessly outperforms other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties, especially when matched with the same mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
