The state-of-the-art large-sized coke ovens boast carbonization chambers exceeding 6.0m in height and more than 38.5m3 in volume, ensuring optimal yield. Primarily, our coke is indispensable in the metallurgical industries, especially in blast furnace ironmaking and casting operations.

The main purpose of coke:

1. The cornerstone of modern metallurgy, coke is the pivotal product of coking processes. Over 90% of coke production globally supports blast furnace ironmaking, replacing charcoal and setting a historic milestone in the modernization of large blast furnaces.

2. Critical for the smelting of copper, lead, zinc, titanium, antimony, and other non-ferrous metals in blast furnaces, coke serves as a reducing agent, heat source, and structural column skeleton.

3. In the smelting industry, a fraction of coke is utilized for producing calcium carbide, carbon disulfide, phosphorus, and other elements. Moreover, in steel joint ventures, coke powder is an essential sintered fuel. It also serves as a raw material for water gas preparation, facilitating synthesis raw material production.

4. For superior technical and economic performance in blast furnace operations, smelting coke must exhibit specific chemical and physical properties, including optimal thermal traits for the smelting process.

5. Beyond extensive use in iron and non-ferrous metal smelting, coke is also vital in casting, chemical manufacturing, calcium carbide production, and ferroalloy industries.


Our coke presents a cost-effective alternative to refinery coke and stone grinds, offering substantial savings. With a calorific value exceeding 9386K/KG, it can replace burnt carbon, which requires export quotas, thus enhancing its price advantage.
