Introduction:
Calcium base grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is enhanced through the thickening properties of natural fatty acid calcium soap, forming a superior calcium base grease.
Formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates with water to create a network of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, at temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, leading the grease to lose its consistency beyond this threshold. Typically, calcium base grease maintains its efficacy below 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature may result in the grease softening and compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating machinery in damp or water-prone environments.
(3) Exhibiting impressive shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease adheres firmly to surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a consistent seal and reliable performance.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts superior pumpability. It binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, when using the same mineral oil for consistency.
This ease of binding renders calcium-based grease more advantageous compared to its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally popular, lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, cars, metallurgy, and textile machinery, offering reliable medium speed and load operation.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
