Calcium base grease is a high-performance lubricant composed of medium-viscosity mineral oil, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis process results in a superior calcium base grease designed for optimal performance.
Our calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring high-quality consistency and effectiveness.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to generate highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss in grease consistency above this temperature, thus limiting the effective temperature range. Generally, it is advisable to maintain the temperature below 60 ºC to ensure reliable lubrication and prevent the grease from softening.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade upon contact with water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) Boasting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease remains firmly on the intended surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease delivers exceptional pumpability. When creating the same consistency with identical mineral oil, it offers easier binding than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based variants.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
