This remarkable grease is formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable attribute of calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, allowing it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, as the hydrates hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, the consistency of the calcium base grease diminishes beyond this point, thus constraining its effective temperature range to a maximum of 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may result in the grease becoming soft or even ineffective, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) With excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when traversing water, making it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) Showcasing superior shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its integrity on action surfaces, even when agitated and then left still. This ensures a sealing effect without displacement, guaranteeing consistent performance.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts exceptional pumping performance. It binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, when using the same mineral oil and reaching the same consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
