This premium grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior quality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Renowned for its ability to bond with water, calcium soap forms hydrates that enable highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss in consistency when temperatures exceed 100 ºC. Therefore, calcium base grease is optimally effective below 60 ºC; higher temperatures may result in the grease softening, impairing its lubricating capability.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, this grease resists emulsification, maintaining its integrity even when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist or water-contact environments.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, our Calcium Base Grease maintains its position on mechanical surfaces despite agitation, offering a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Featuring exceptional pumpability, thanks to its short fibers and low strength threshold, this grease outperforms other soap-based greases in ease of application, even when maintaining the same mineral oil and consistency.
When comparing with other soap-based greases like sodium- or aluminum-based, our calcium-based variety binds more effectively.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
