By employing synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this premium grease is formulated from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, guaranteeing enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique hydrates of calcium soap form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, essential for its function. At temperatures around 100ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose consistency above this threshold. Thus, the ideal operational temperature is under 60ºC, beyond which the grease softens, risking effective lubrication.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease effectively wards off emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease remains steadfast on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a continued sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength threshold, this grease offers superior pumping performance. When using similar mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, it surpasses other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, in ease of binding.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
